I put Laura's bit on the silver-accented bridle and rode Larry in it after the show on Sunday, but it was too dark for photos by then. Fortunately, we had time for another ride this afternoon. Here is Larry, handsomely (and happily) attired thanks to our friends!

Yes Lori, that is me on Russell in the header. I sadly had to retire Russell after a long string of injury/rehab cycles; I gave him away to the perfect retirement home at the end of December. And YES! I have some wonderful friends and blogpals. :-)
It certainly cleaned up nice after 3 years of tack room dust. Glad someone is getting some use out of it. He sure looks handsome in silver and black!
